1. Your case size — it's printed on the back of your watch.

Small: 40 / 41 / 42 mm
Large: 44 / 45 / 46 / 49 mm

2. Your loop size — 3 to 11, the same scale Apple uses for the Solo Loop and Braided Solo Loop. If you know your Apple size, it carries over exactly.

Small: fits wrists 138–180 mm
Large: fits wrists 138–192 mm

Fine polished strands drape closer to fabric than bracelet. The only mark it leaves is the tan line.

The One Flex is an elastic Apple Watch band with the stretch woven into the steel itself. Most stretchy bands get their give from silicone or nylon and pay for it in sweat, sag, and a gym look. This one is a single unbroken loop of woven 316 stainless steel that pulls on over your hand, takes your size, and holds it.

There is no buckle, clasp, pin, or magnet. On in a second, off in a second, and in between the band asks nothing of you. The open weave lets air through and absorbs nothing, so it goes from the 9 a.m. meeting to the gym to the pool and stays dry, clean, and comfortable.

It fits the way Apple fits: nine loop sizes per case size on the same 3–11 scale as the Solo Loop, so your Apple number carries straight over. And because it is 316, the corrosion-resistant grade the watch industry runs on, this is a band built to be kept, not replaced every year. Longer life, less waste.

How do I choose the right size?

If you already wear an Apple Solo Loop, use that size as a starting point. Otherwise, measure your wrist just below the wrist bone and match it to our Find Your Band Size guide.

What if I choose the wrong size?

If the fit isn’t right, your first size exchange is free. Contact us and we’ll help you switch to the right size.

Is it comfortable for daily wear?

That is the point of the weave. It drapes like fabric, the mesh lets your wrist breathe, and there is no clasp to press into your skin at a keyboard.

Does it pull arm hair?

No. That was the flaw of old spring-style expansion bands, and this is a different construction. The weave is polished smooth, so it glides over skin and hair instead of gripping them.

Is it suitable for workouts?

Yes. The weave gives when your wrist flexes under load and settles back after. Steel holds no sweat, and the open mesh dries fast. Wipe it down and it resets.

Which Apple Watch models does it fit?

Ultra 1–3, Series 4–11, and SE. Choose Small for 40, 41, and 42 mm cases, Large for 44, 45, 46, and 49 mm.
