We built the One Flex by removing — the buckle went first, then the clasp, the pin, the holes, and finally the fold-over hardware and loose ends that held it all together.

With no clasp to adjust, fit has to be exact — nine sizes, numbered 3 to 11. Already wear a solo loop? Same number works here.
