Find your band size.
Nine sizes, on Apple’s 3–11 Solo Loop scale. It takes about a minute.
How would you like to measure?
Either way works. The paper tool prints your size directly; a tape measure gives us a number to convert.
Print at 100%. Do not scale to fit.A resized print gives the wrong number.

- 1
Cut the tool out. Position the wider end where you would wear your watch — sticky tape helps hold it there. - 2
Wrap it tightly around your wrist. It should feel snug and not slide up or down. - 3
Read the number the arrows point to. That is your band size. - 4
If the arrows land on a line, take the smaller of the two numbers.
Use a tailor’s measuring tape, or a strip of paper and a ruler.
- 1If you have a tailor’s measuring tape, wrap it tightly where you wear your watch and read the number. Skip to the next step only if you do not have one.
- 2Otherwise cut a narrow strip of paper, about 0.5 in / 1.3 cm wide, the full length of the sheet.
- 3
Wrap the strip tightly around your wrist. Tape the starting edge down so it cannot shift. - 4
Mark the strip with a pen exactly where it overlaps. - 5
Measure from the starting edge to your mark. Be exact — do not round up.
Select your size.
Same numbering as Apple’s Solo Loop.
Enter your measurement.
Read it off the tape exactly. Rounding up is the most common way to end up a size too big.

Early testers, in their own words.
“It goes on like my Solo Loop and looks right with a blazer. I’ve stopped switching bands for client days.”
“Edges felt a bit rough sliding on (CS said fixes are coming), but fits great with zero hair pinching. Overall, really solid.”
“Three weeks of lifting, and it still fits like it did on day one.”
“My Milanese band used to loosen every morning, the One Flex is way more convenient.”
